The hosting facilities for our website are situated in Canada. However, information posted on certain social media channels will be processed and held in the United States of America. You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Sweet P uses cookies and web beacons in connection with our website. As cookies are not strictly necessary for the provision of our website, we will ask you to consent to our use of cookies when you first visit our website.

DATA STORAGE

Data collected for purposes related to an underlying agreement/contract between Sweet P and yourself will be retained until such agreement/contract has been fully performed and for a period of two (2) years thereafter.

Data collected for Sweet P’s legitimate business interests shall be stored as long a required by Sweet P.

Sweet P may store data for a longer period if you have provided consent to do so and such consent has not been withdrawn. Sweet P may also be obliged to retain data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of a governmental authority.

Once the storage period has ended, the Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
